A summary of the project:
The project is located on a hill in the center of Sulaimani, and rises about 40 m from the adjacent streets.  The total land area for the project is approximately 200,000 m2.  The project consists of several buildings, facilities and service facilities, roads and car parks. The details for each part of the project are as follows:

Main Tower building (building A)

The tower consists of 38 floors with a total height of 150 m from the top of the hill.
The mail building includes five restaurants, fitness and health area, an outdoor swimming pool, and children’s playground.  The hotel will consist of 196 rooms and 55 Suites and 2 Royal Suites.  The tower features a unique architecture with a revolving restaurant on the top of the building.

Total built-up area for building A: 22550 m2.

Conference halls (Building B)
This part consists of a main hall for conferences with 326 seats.  The building also includes three large meeting rooms in addition to service area and management office area

Total built-up area for building B: 6846 m2.

Ballroom (Building C)

Building C consists of three floors, two of which are service floors and the third floor is a large ballroom 1766m2.  The ballroom can be utilized for weddings, public events, and conferences. The ballroom features a partitioning system that can divide the large hall into three independent halls.

Total built-up area for building C: 5378 m2.

Service building (Building D)

This section includes an area of 765 m2 for the generators, fuel and water tanks, and pumps.  This area also includes an open space area of 1000 m 2 for the water-cooling equipment (chillers) for the air conditioning system for the project.

Interconnection area between the buildings (Building E)

This is the section connecting the main buildings of the project.

Open areas

This includes service roads, car parking, gardens, fountains, tennis courts and other facilities complementary to the project.
